Refunds

Refunds shall only be processed on the condition of:

2.Wrong product delivered

All items sold on our website which are personalised and customised such as the Happy Desk, Happy Wall and Framed fridge Magnets, are non-returnable.

If you decide to cancel or modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible to orders@photohero.in with your order details. We process your order 1 hour after we receive it, since all the items are customised it is not possible to cancel or modify your order after we have processed it.
